Electronic Applications for Visiting Students

Review Clinical Requirements:  Several clinical departments require specific documentation to be submitted (i.e, Board Scores, Transcripts, Letter of Interest etc..)  Please refer to our “Requirements” page at:  fresno.ucsf.edu/ume/visiting-student-requirements

Submit the requested documentation to the appropriate clinical coordinator via email or fax.  Below is a list of Site Scheduler’s names and emails or click fresno.ucsf.edu/medical-student-programs/UME-contacts.  Please complete Steps 1 and 2 before continuing on to STEP 3:  Please submit required documentation to the clinical department before capturing tentative rotation dates/submitting the online application.

Review Course Prerequisites & contact Site Scheduler to set your rotation dates.  Then Complete the On-line Electronic Application.  Click on the following link to fill out the Elective Application.  With the exception of UCSF and SJV PRIME, a non-refundable processing fee of $300 will apply to each elective requested.
