Welcome to the UCSF Fresno Family and Community Medicine Residency Program, where excellence in medical education meets a deep commitment to community service. We take pride in preparing compassionate, skilled, and adaptable physicians who are dedicated to advancing health equity and improving the lives of the diverse populations we serve. Graduating over 400 residents since its inception in 1970, our residents benefit from the academic strength and innovation of our well-established program combined with the hands-on, community-centered experiences unique to Fresno and the surrounding region.
At UCSF Fresno, you will join a supportive and collaborative environment that values wellness, professional growth, and lifelong learning. Our faculty are passionate educators and mentors who will guide you as you develop your clinical expertise across the full spectrum of family medicine.
