UCSF Fresno Adult Cystic Fibrosis Center at CRMC
The UCSF Fresno Adult Cystic Fibrosis Center at Community Regional Medical Center provides specialized, multidisciplinary care for adults living with cystic fibrosis. Our team is committed to helping patients manage their health, preserve lung function, and improve quality of life through coordinated, evidence-based care. At our center, we take a whole-person approach to care, working closely with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan.
Our center is accredited by Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Foundation since its inception in 2015.

We have a comprehensive interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of children and adults across the entire CF spectrum as well as CF-related diseases.
Our facilities include extensive state-of-the-art equipment, including:
- Sweat chloride testing
- Complete pulmonary function testing
- Cardiopulmonary stress tests
- Bronchoscopy
- High-resolution CT scan, and
- Ability to perform lung function testing on children less than five years of age with impulse oscillometry studies
