Regulatory Support Services

About the Service 

Through generous donor funding, our institution is able to offer specialized assistance to residents, fellows and faculty conducting human subjects research. Support may include assistance with submitting IRB applications, providing guidance to ensure more efficient application processing, and ensuring adherence to institutional and federal requirements. 

Please note that funding for these services is limitedand available on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage investigators to request support early in their study planning process. 
 


What We Offer 

  • Consultation on IRB submission requirements and processes 
  • Assistance with submitting IRB applications and study documents 
  • Assistance with regulatory documentation and compliance questions 
  • Coordination with the IRB office as needed
     

Required Documentation for IRB Submission 

To ensure timely support and review, please prepare the following materials before submitting for Regulatory Support Services: 

  1. Completed IRB Application Form 
  2. Study Protocolor project description 
  3. Informed Consent Form(s)(if applicable) 
  4. Recruitment Materials(flyers, ads, emails, etc.) 
  5. Investigator CVs or biosketches 
  6. Documentation of required Training (CITI, etc.) 
  7. Any supporting documentsreferenced in the protocol
