The Neuropsychological Assessment Clinic is a specialty clinic that specializes in the cognitive assessment of individuals ages 18+ for a variety of cognitive concerns. Note: while individuals receiving a comprehensive dementia/mild cognitive impairment workup are likely to receive neuropsychological testing, this clinic is for individuals who only require neuropsychological assessment. We see a wide array of neurologic, neuropsychiatric, and neurodevelopmental conditions, including (but not limited to) the following:

  • Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
  • Adult presentations of neurodevelopmental conditions  
  • Autoimmune conditions including lupus, autoimmune encephalitis, etc.Jas
  • Epilepsy
  • Hydrocephalus
  • Multiple sclerosis
  • Neuropsychiatric etiologies
  • Parkinson’s disease and pre-DBS evaluations
  • Stroke / cerebrovascular disease
  • Traumatic brain injury / concussion
  • Tumor

If you are a patient, please complete an intake packet prior to your arrival. Forms can either be completed via 1) our secure online portal (portal link sent by our staff to patient email upon verbal authorization) 2) printed and faxed to (559) 227-4167 or 3) mailed directly to the UCSF Fresno Alzheimer and Memory Clinic, Neuropsychological Assessment Clinic, 550 E Shaw Ave.,  Ste 105, Fresno, CA 93710.  If none of these options are feasible, please leave a message with us at (559) 227-4810. We will return your call shortly to facilitate a different method of packet delivery.
