Alok Kumar, MD, is an Associate Clinical Professor of Pediatrics in UCSF- Fresno Medical Education program. Dr. Kumar joined the faculty in 2014 and has been extensively involved in the teaching of the residents.
After finishing his medical education and training in India, he completed his Pediatric residency at Wayne State University, Detroit and fellowship in Neonatology at SUNY, Buffalo. He has worked as a Neonatologist at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis and St. Francis Children’s Hospital, Tulsa. He has special interest in neonatal nutrition and chronic lung disease.
