Established in 2023, the UCSF Fresno Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism Fellowship is an ACGME-accredited, two-year clinical endocrinology fellowship offers comprehensive training in the diagnosis and management of diabetes and a broad spectrum of endocrine disorders. Fellows gain diverse clinical experience through rotations at the VA Medical Center (inpatient and outpatient), Inspire Health Medical Group Endocrinology Clinic, and United Health Centers, a federally qualified health center. Located in the heart of California’s San Joaquin Valley, our program serves a richly diverse patient population, exposing fellows to a wide array of endocrine conditions. Our trainees are supported by a team of passionate, experienced, and dedicated faculty committed to fostering clinical excellence and professional growth.
