Why Fresno: From the moment I left the interview I knew UCSF Fresno is exactly where I wanted to do an Emergency Medicine Residency. The faculty, residents and pathology make it an amazing place to train. In addition, Fresno is centrally located to the ocean, mountains and other great cities!
