Eligibility:
Applicants must have completed a three- or four-year ACGME-accredited Emergency Medicine residency and be ABEM board-certified or board-eligible

Application Timeline
Applications accepted: July 1 through October 1
Interview schedule: August through mid-October
Interview format: All interviews are virtual, in accordance with UCSF policy
In-person tours: In-person tours may be offered from mid-October through early November, after the program’s rank order list is certified, to allow applicants to visit the site before submitting their own rank lists.
Interview Offers:
Interviews will be offered to prospective applicants on a rolling basis following the review of all required application materials, including:
- Current CV
- Letter of intent
- Three letters of recommendation
