Why UCSF Fresno: I’m drawn to this Internal Medicine residency because of its diverse patient population, which offers the opportunity to learn from a wide range of clinical presentations and cultural backgrounds. I also value how approachable and supportive the attendings are, creating a positive learning environment where residents can grow confidently. In addition, the program’s strong fellowship opportunities align with my long-term goal of pursuing subspecialty training and continuing to advance my clinical and academic skills.
