Kate Kiely, MD, MPA, RPVI

Kate Kiely, MD, is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine, Fresno regional Campus. She specializes in vascular surgery.
Dr. Kiely received her medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine. She completed a general surgery residency at St. Barnabas Medical Center/Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, followed by a fellowship in Vascular Surgery at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center. She is board certified by the American Board of Surgery in both General Surgery and Vascular Surgery and is a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI).
Dr. Kiely joined the Department of Surgery faculty at UCSF Fresno in 2023. As a teaching faculty member, she provides clinical and didactic education to medical students and general surgery residents while caring for patients with complex vascular disease.
Dr. Kiely is a member of the Society for Vascular Surgery, the Vascular and Endovascular Surgery Society, and the Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery. She also serves as a peer reviewer fo the Journal of Vascular Surgery: Cases, Innovations and Techniques.
