I love doing projects that let me enjoy the process and a final product that I can then share with friends, it’s like a double boost of serotonin! I bounce between crochet, painting, embroidery, cooking, and baking, and I’m currently aspiring to learn how to make stained glass. I’m also a big fan of spontaneous adventures and will almost always say yes to trying something new.
Why Fresno?
I grew up in a very small community in a country known for its warm people so I’ve always been looking to find a place where I can experience something similar. UCSF Fresno’s community has been nothing but welcoming and warm during my away rotation and makes me feel like they would support me in all my pursuits. Plus, it also has the ideal volume and diversity in patient population with a good emphasis on psychotherapy.
