Dr. Bhatti received his bachelors degree in Integrative Biology at the University of California, Berkeley. He completed his undergraduate medical education at Albany Medical College and a Masters in Business Administration at Clarkson University. He completed his post-graduate residency training at Oregon Health and Science University. After completing residency Dr. Bhatti was in private practice in the East Bay before joining the faculty at UCSF Fresno in 2025. Dr. Bhatti currently splits his time between supervising psychiatry residents at the Inspire Health Medical Group psychiatry outpatient clinic and treating Lanterman-Petris-Short (LPS) conservatees at the Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health. His interests in psychiatry include psychodynamic psychotherapy and severe mental illness. He is a Fresno native and enjoys cooking, reading, and exploring the outdoors.
