Outside of psychiatry, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my friends and family hiking or hanging out around a body of water. At home, I have two goofy dogs and a lizard who keep things entertaining. I am also a big fan of competitive, strategy-heavy board games- the more complex, the better.
Why Fresno?
I chose UCSF Fresno for the program’s supportive culture and robust psychotherapy training. Being from the Central Valley, I was also drawn to the program’s commitment to advocating for the diverse, underserved communities in the region. Living in Fresno is also a huge plus as it’s close to numerous National Parks and my family, making it easy to stay connected to loved ones and enjoy the great outdoors in my free time.
