The UCSF Fresno Acute Care Surgery fellowship program is a two-year AAST-approved program. The program matches one PGY-6 fellow each year.

The UCSF Fresno Acute Care Surgery fellowship program participates in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) through the Surgical Critical Care match.  All applications are handled through the Surgical Critical Care and Acute Care Surgery Fellowship Application Service (SAFAS).

Applicants interested in our training program should send a letter of interest, current CV and three letters of recommendation. These will be reviewed in the month of June preceding the match. It is a highly competitive selection process and only files that are completed by the beginning of June will be considered for interviews.
