Hobbies, fun facts and interests
I was born and raised in England, but primarily have lived in Bakersfield in my younger years. I love spending time with friends and family. I enjoy cooking, reading new books, watching documentaries and writing in my spare time. I have an interest in women’s mental health, child/adolescent psychiatry, cultural psychiatry, CBT and logotherapy

Why Fresno?
I chose UCSF Fresno Psychiatry program because of how kind and supportive the faculty are of the residents. This program will provide for you great and unique opportunities to learn in Fresno with interesting cases with a strong focus on underserved communities. UCSF-Fresno is truly a hidden gem of a program within the Central Valley, and will give you foundation necessary to be a good psychiatrist, while also providing a supportive environment to grow and thrive in. I do not regret my decision, and I feel honored to be a part of a great program that truly cares about our education and well being.
