Why UCSF Fresno
Fresno is my home. My interest in medicine started at UCSF Fresno, 10 years ago, as an Academic Research Associate. I vividly remember an attending, who is still faculty, performing an ED thoracotomy. I was awe stricken by the technical finesse and confidence it took to wield the scalpel.
