I was born in Hyderabad, India but moved to the US for most of my schooling. San Jose and Cupertino are my stomping grounds when I am not in Fresno or Los Angeles.

Hobbies, facts, and interests
YouTube dance/workout videos and Krav Maga keep me active, but I usually spend my free time being enveloped by a fluffy blanket and the words of fantasy or murder-mystery novels. Exploring fantastic food options is one of my passions, along with petting dogs of any kind. I am that person without a dog who goes to the dog park to pet other people’s dogs.  

Why Fresno?
Fresno has been a great place to build relationships and grow academically in residency. My loved ones are only a few short hours away and I am surrounded by fantastic company.

What are your other career interests (specialties/fellowships)?
I have harbored an interest in cardiology from various cardiology rotations within the program.

What are your research interests?
I intend to do research in the cardiology field in the future.
